Have a Great Summer!

Hi, Team Remote Families. We made it to June! I just wanted to say thank you one last time to all of you--parents, grandparents, guardians, students, and teachers--for your commitment to West Genesee's remote learning platform. It was quite a year but we worked together to make the best of it. I am hopeful that we will all be able to recharge this summer and be ready to return to something better than normal when in-person learning resumes in the fall. Please be sure to return all school-issued materials including Chromebooks, chargers, textbooks, etc. on one of the designated dates listed below. Have a great summer!


Remote Student Material Drop Off

Please be sure your child's Chromebook is labeled with their name. If the original label has fallen off, you can use masking tape to label it. 

All Elementary Buildings
Remote student material drop off will take place at each elementary building at the main offices on the following dates/times:
  • Thursday, June 24th, 12:00- 3:30 PM
  • Friday, June 25th, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
WGMS
Remote student material drop off will take place at the Lobby/Front Entrance at WGMS on the following dates/times:
  • Wednesday, June 23rd, 2:30 - 5:00 PM
  • Thursday, June 24th, 8:00 - 10:00 AM
CMS
Remote student material drop off will take place in the bus loop (not the parking lot). Tables will be marked.
  • Thursday, June 24th, 2:30 - 5:30 PM
  • Friday, June 25th, 7:30 - 10:00 AM
WGHS:
Remote student material drop off will take place on the west side (Lowe's/Walmart) of the high school. The drop-off will include a drive-through Chromebook and charger return area adjacent to the Technology Office and a second area for textbooks and other instructional materials at the Atrium entrance to WGHS.
